On Wednesdays we're hosting quiet sessions to provide an experience that aims to create a more comfortable visit for those with autism and other sensory requirements.

Enjoy a Quieter Experience

Discover over 2000 creatures from green sea turtles to Japanese spider crabs, and not to miss our black-tip reef sharks, while the centre is quieter to create a more enjoyable experience for those with sensory sensitivities. 

Please note this is a pre-booked tickets only event, guests must purchase their tickets online in advance in order to gain entry.

Our centre music, hand driers and televisions will remain switched off until 12.00pm to provide a quieter experience around the aquarium. Ear defenders are also available upon request.
