DISABLED ACCESS

At the Aquarium, we have disabled access throughout the centre. There are also disabled toilets available within the centre.

Customers with disabilities are entitled to bring a free personal assistant with them whenever they visit. Please remember to bring along proof of your disability.

Please note that unfortunately, we do not have wheelchairs available on-site for customer use.

ALL-WEATHER FUN

As the Aquarium is indoors your visit will not be affected by the weather.

BUGGY POLICY

This aquarium is fully buggy accessible. We are able to store prams and buggies in our buggy park area. However please note this area is unsupervised and unsecured and anything left in this area is at the owner’s own risk.

SEA LIFE Loch Lomond has a coffee shop located on the third floor of the building.
